How a call becomes billable

Four gates. Every call passes through all of them.

    Connected duration threshold

    The call must stay connected past the buyer's minimum duration.

  2. 02

    IVR qualification

    Intent, geography, and eligibility questions filter the caller before routing.

  3. 03

    Buyer acceptance

    The buyer accepts the call at their end. Rejections at the buyer come back with a reason.

  4. 04

    Disposition mapping

    The call's final disposition is what determines billable status, not the log timestamp.

No mystery rejections

Every rejected event has a disposition.

You never lose a call to a black box. Every non-billable event maps to a disposition you can see in your reports: below duration, IVR disqualified, buyer rejected, duplicate, wrong geo, or flagged for quality review.
